Last Thursday night Labour candidate Richard McLinden gained Warbeck ward in Liverpool from the Liberal Democrats with a majority of over 700.This is the tenth consecutive gain that Labour have made in Liverpool.
Labour control of the city is beginning to look a distinct possibility again.
Congratulations to Richard, his colleague Anne and everybody who helped in the victory.
